KAI officals order an elderly man to frog jump for not using the pedestrian bridge. (see picture)

This is drastically unfair as an elderly man was asked to frog jump for not using the pedestrian bridge in Lagos state. We know that the old man has gone against the law of Lagos state but there are other punishment that can be given so as to make sure that he doesn't commit such offence again. We pray Governor Ambode sees to this.
