Beggars in Nigeria will start paying tax – FG says

The federal government has made it known that efforts are on to start taxing beggars who are plying their trade in Nigeria.

The FG also disclosed that tax evaders will soon find staying in the country difficult.

Nigeria's minister of Finance, Mrs Kemi Adeosun disclosed this in Lagos at a lecture at PWC’s Business School, with the theme: ‘Voluntary Assets and Income Declaration Scheme (VAIDS) Interactive Session for Executives and Business Owners.’

For what na?, instead of giving them, they want to collect from them? That woman of a minister is not considerate at all.
